HAWAII AND ALASKA
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska.

International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. All MichiboowhiteBeauty.com and michiboowhiteSkin.com and Liquid products can only ship via ground Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military address locations at this time.

DUTIES + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses within the United States, please contact Customer Service for assistance . For international orders, please visit our international help center.
BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
